On Site Supervision:
Stephen Molloy Architects can visit your site throughout the construction process if required to check on materials being used and to ensure proper quality control measures are being carried out.

Certification:
On completion of your construction works, we can issue an Opinion on Compliance with Building Regulations pertaining to our element of the design. This will also ease the conveyance process should you ever wish to sell your property.
