Our project involved an extensive renovation to a 1940s property. Stephen was employed to see the project through from initial design to project completion. Stephen was patient, accommodating and able to translate a lot of our thoughts and ideas into a viable design. Stephen was very professional and highly responsive to both our needs and the needs of our builder, ensuring the process was efficient. The current design is both functional and stylish but above all works great as a family home.

Portmarnock Refurbishment Project

We found the project a very enjoyable and satisfying  experience even with the small stresses that inevitably crop up with such a project. Our expectations were for a comfortable warm and sunny house which is exactly what we got. We are very happy with the result especially when family and friends express their compliments on our house.

We found Stephen to be very sympathetic to the project e.g. the age of the house and drafting a design which was both suitable for our needs, the aspect of the house, the location and of course the costs.  We are very happy with  our home which always seems to have a bright and “feel good” atmosphere  due to Stephen’s design and in  capturing  the sunlight and moon.
